The OneMatch Electronic-know-your-customer experience

OneMatch’s electronic-know-your-customer feature provides you with a safe and reliable way of automating customer identity verification, and provides your customers with the ease of completing an identity verification process from the comfort of their own home.

Step 1

Your customer begins the journey with a link which is delivered via email or txt. This lands them at the start of the verification process.

Step 2

Your customer then photographs their identification document, whether it’s a passport, driver’s licence or ID card.

Step 3

OneMatch intelligently reads the photograph, landmark tests the document – cross-referencing authenticity marks, and digitises any text in the image like name, date of birth, etc.

Step 4

Your customer then is prompted to take a video selfie, capturing a front and profile view of their face.

Step 5

OneMatch then biometrically matches your customer’s video selfie with the photograph of their identification document.

Step 6

If OneMatch has complete confidence, the customer identity will be approved, and they will move on to your application question set.

The OneMatch Video-know-your-customer experience

With all required steps completed from a video call, OneMatch’s video-know-your-customer feature allows you to get face to face with your customers in real-time, and store an often must-have video identity verification on your Credisense account.

Step 1

The first step is to book a time for a video call with your customer.

Step 2

Your customer and staff member conduct a video call which includes the customer holding up an identification document to the camera.

Step 3

With video proof that the customer is who they say they are, you can proceed with the application question set.
